Consultation
This is the first step in building the home of your dreams! We’ll meet with you to discuss your vision and help map out your goals and expectations for your new home. We’ll discuss our process of home construction so that you know what to expect along the way, and answer any questions you may have.
Lot selection/land
If you own your land or need assistance with picking out the perfect lot we’ll be there to assist you. Considerations when building consist of lot size, setback requirements, well and septic, perk site, topography, restrictions, and utilities. Once identified, we’ll walk the lot with you to make sure it’s the perfect site for your new home.
Floor plan design
We can create a floor plan from scratch or modify an existing plan based on your wants and needs. We work with you closely to fully understand what type of architectural style and interior layout you desire. Every home we build is completely custom and specifically designed for you.
Budget
When the plan stage is complete we provide a comprehensive budget outlining the final price based on allowances, layouts, and specifications. We provide the highest level of specificity to eliminate any confusion and to be sure there are no surprises.
Architectural design
There is a wide array of options to consider when designing the exterior of your home. We can assist with your selections for a good balance in the overall curb appeal.
Interior design
We have experience with many different interior styles. From traditional, modern, rustic, contemporary, vintage, or old world, we can assist in bringing your vision and personal style to life.
Construction process
Every step of the home building process is monitored by someone on our team. Important items such as foundation, framing, drywall, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. is monitored to ensure the best quality of construction from start to finish.
We have a trusted crew of tenured sub-contractors that we work closely with on a daily basis. This ensures that all areas of the home building process are meeting code in order to pass important inspections.
Orientation
Once the construction process is completed and the final inspection has passed, we’ll perform a walk-through of your new home and itemize any concerns you may have before closing. We’ll give you some tips on how to best maintain your home. When all items on your punch list have been completed, and after closing, we’ll present you with the keys to your new dream home!
